Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee leads Hall Render’s efforts both internally and externally in furthering our commitment to diversity and its impact on our law firm and clients. This Committee is dedicated to promoting a diverse workforce and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment through several initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Increasing awareness of the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the firm through internal communications and events;
- Encouraging all attorneys and administrative personnel to develop mutual respect and appreciation for different perspectives and backgrounds;
- Implementing strategies to assist the firm in recruiting, hiring, training, advancing and retaining underrepresented employees; and
- Collaborating with and encouraging the efforts of other associations and organizations that promote the goals of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the legal profession and the health care industry.
